How many LAC colleges should I considered as a international transfer student?

I am a international student currently studying in Hong Kong (City university of Hong Kong) and consider transferring to Top10 LACs in US.
My cGPA is 3.62 ( I have no idea how this work in US, but 3.62 in my college is within the top 10%), IELTS average 7.5, SAT score is not available yet, but I don’t think it will be satisfying, I plan to retake in Oct.
My extra curriculum activities are quite satisfying.
I choose to take harder courses so GPA isn’t that nice.
I didn’t feel challenged in my uni, also, the fellow students is not as active as I expected in class. Also, I feel that the atmosphere there is not as academic as I would enjoy.
I have such a wide interest that I am not sure what I would major, but I guess I would be Math, Econ, or some kind of engineering.

I have no idea how to choose a LAC that’s fit me, and also, some people told me all the LACs are basically the same, so I now applied to all the top 10 LACs in my common application.
also I choose St.Johns because I love reading.

But I think I choose too many LACs, and I gotta be worn out that way. Should I drop some of them, and what’s my chance to be admitted?

Get in touch with the counselors at the EducationUSA Advising Center in Hong Kong http://educationusa.state.gov/centers/us-consulate-pas-hong-kong They will be able to help you decide about your application list.

If you want engineering, you might be better off considering a tech nical university. Not many LACs have engineering.

Yeah I know, I mean I am in a engineering program in my current Uni, but I just don’t know.
However, I really thing the teaching methodology of LAC suits me better.
