I didn’t know I was going to have to take the SSAT until a week before it. lol. I ordered the the prep book that came with it and studied mostly just the day before. I ended up with the 93 percentile. The only hard part is the analogies and if you know the vocab than that’s not even hard. Good luck! :)

i never even looked at a prep book but also im in 10th grade so the test is easier for me but people do get higher scores overall
also i am a very good standardized test taker so that plays a factor as well
too easy i like finished the reading comp in 20 minutes and sat there twiddling my thumbs for an hour ( i have extra time)
god it was just too easy with extra time

ohh god.
i thought it was the hardest thing ever from the prep books,
is it similar or a lot easier than the prep books like PETERSON’S?
are you guys like really smart though, on your own?

urhh for me i think Petersons is harder than the real one…
im international, so it was pretty hard pulling a 70-ish %tile to a 90-ish %tile
really depends on your situation !

13/100. The test wasn’t so hard that I couldn’t take it, but it also wasn’t as easy as your commonplace classroom test. I’m also in eighth grade. Score: 99th percentile, 2325

I thought it was easy, except for a couple of vocab words. I didn’t study, although I had taken a couple of SAT’s, an ACT, and a PSAT before. I also took it as a 10th grader.

I am an average student and to me the test was medium level hard, it took some studing. I got a 76 percentile and am in 8th grade, this was told to me to be above average. There are some great online programs that really break down what you should study, and they really helped me! A 76 is nowhere compared to a 99 but if you have alot of other things to bring to the table like sports, music, or any extracurricular activities you will get into any school of your choice. I have this and all of the admissions loved me and told me I am at the top of their exceptence lists!

ahh, ruthie you lucky duck. your misspelling of exceptance made me think of how acceptance is related to expectance. anyways, what schools are you applying for?

Haha stupid mistake, I was in a rush ! Anyway, I am applying to NMH, Mersersburg, Lawrenceville, Hill, Loomis Chaffee(sp?), Deerfield, and Lawrence.
