How many people would you consider a small, medium, or large school to have?

Santa Clara University has about 4,824 total undergrads. What type of school would this be?

medium

I would say small <3000 people, 3000<medium<8,000, 8,000<large

small.

IMO:
Small: 0 - 6,000
Medium: 6,001 - 15,000
Large: 15,001 - 50,000

Small: 0-5000
Medium: 5001-10000
Large: 10001+

same as rssxwheeeeee.

Small: 0 - 6,000
Medium: 6,001 - 15,000
Large: 15,001 - 50,000

8,000 is the size of some very large high schools.

I'll agree with rsx

It depends on how many students are divided into how many majors. If there are 20 people in your major, but 17,000 people at your school, it seems like you would get a small school feel (but with large school amenities).
