How many SAT prep books does one need to score high on the SAT?

Bob Miller’s SAT Math for the Clueless</p>

<p>I know someone who had 40+ prep books and scored 2390 on the SAT. I really want to get a decent score! Btw I’ll be a sophomore in September. Help? Should I get more prep books (money is not an issue)</p>

If you’re not getting your desired score after that many books, I doubt that more books are going to help. Essentially, the only book you need is the Official College Board book, and perhaps Direct Hits if you are struggling with vocabulary. </p>
