How many subject tests do I need to take for USC?

<p>I was wondering how many subject tests I need to take for USC. I was planning on taking only Math Level 2 and US History but I’ve heard that USC wants 3. is this true?</p>

<p>None are required. Although I took two, I never sent the scores in and was admitted with a merit scholarship.</p>

SAT Subject Tests are optional for most students (see below) but strongly recommended. These exams can be very helpful in evaluating scholarship applicants.</p>

<p>If you attend a high school not recognized by one of the regional accrediting associations or if you are home-schooled, you are required to take three SAT Subject Tests, (including one of the math exams), in addition to the ACT.

<p>If you send in the SAT I, USC will also see your SAT II. There is no need to send in SAT II.</p>
