<p>I just took SAT’s for my third time last week.
I registered today for my fourth and final time (December 3rd)
How many times have you all taken them? Did you see gradual increases?
I know that I dramatically improved my essay due to several threads on this forum alone. A lot of great advice in some old threads helped me to understand what readers were looking for. If I receive a 10+, (as opposed to my disturbing and utterly embarrassing 8 and 5) I’ll owe a lot of people for their assistance.</p>
<p>I actually took the SAT four times. I canceled one of them because I didn’t want colleges knowing that I took it so many times. Thanks to the help of CC, I was able to predict my score. It wasn’t a bad score but certainly not the perfect score (M+R) that I was aiming for. The score wasn’t much higher than what I already had so I just decided to cancel it and take it another time. (Canceling the Oct and retaking it in Nov was a great choice!)</p>
<p>To answer your question, my score got progressively better every time I took it.</p>
