How many Ws will start affecting your transfer application to Private Schools?

<p>I have 3 Ws on my transcript and I was just wondering do private schools check them or are they like UCs/Public Schools where they don’t really care?</p>

<p>I know USC cares ALOT about W’s but I was wondering if other private schools do too?</p>

<p>Here are some of the schools I am considering:</p>

<p>Boston University
Boston College
USD
Pepperdine
Fordham University </p>
