How much aid does/has Penn State, main campus, given?

<p>PSU is notorious for giving little aid. With an EFC of 0 you’ll qualify for the full pell grant and maybe a couple thousand in grants from PSU, but otherwise it’ll be loans. Are you in or out of state? If you’re an OOS student with a EFC of 0 and are counting on aid, start looking elsewhere. </p>
