My parents paid for all of my sister’s UPenn education (practically no financial aid), as well as her living expenses. I’m not sure how much money that is, and I’m also not sure how my parents are able to afford it; my guess is that they actually can’t.

For my education? I’m a senior, and so far I have some nice scholarships and financial aid from “lower-ranked” top tier schools. For some bizarre reason, though, my parents say that they’ll feel guilty for spending so much on my sister, and then having me attend a “non-UPenn-caliber” (I don’t subscribe to this belief. The quality of the education depends more on the quality of the student than that of the school.) college on scholarship. I think what will happen is that I’ll take a full ride to one of my schools, and then my parents will help me pay for law school.

Of course, a lot of it hinges on whatever comes in the mail on Wednesday. :P
