How much calculus is there in Intermediate Economics?

<p>How much calculus is there? If there is a lot, is it mainly from Calc I and does it generally deal with derivatives and optimization? Or should I know Calculus II topics too?</p>

<p>Yes it is mostly optimization. Most of the derivatives are simple (just exponential or linear most of the time). You need learn to do partial derivatives which is very simple.</p>

<p>Be able to take derivatives and partial derivatives. It’s mainly a continuation of 20A and B with a few additional theories added in.</p>

<p>The only Calc I had to deal with in 100A and 100B was differentiation.</p>
