<p>I am being offered the post of Head Programmer and also President Maths Society in my school but I have to chose one of these. My ECs reflect that I'm good at Software programming and somewhat doesn't illustrate my mathematical capabilities. What should I choose ? </p>

<p>Let me guess. You've only rec'd As in all you CS and Math courses, right? You've taken extremely hard classes in both, right?</p>
<p>Now ask yourself: why would anyone looking at your transcript feel you're WEAK or DEFICIENT in programming if you pursue the Math club -- or WEAK or DEFICIENT in Math if you pursue the programming?</p>
<p>You should choose the one you will enjoy and grow the most from. </p>
<p>You're seriously overthinking this WAY TOO MUCH.</p>
