How much does applying early help?

How early can you start applying?

<p>I believe you can apply as early as August 1st. I would recommend applying by November 1st, because that is what I did and got in with 4.0w/1100 to main campus.</p>

<p>I totally recommend applying as early as possible. I know for myself, I applied within the first week of the application coming out in August. Knowing that I didn’t have the best of SAT scores I knew that my application had to be in early to even have a shot at UP. And what do you know, I got accepted to UP last week!!</p>

<p>Simple answer … yes. It’s rolling admissions, and the more spaces available, the better the shot. They’re virtually ALL available August 1. Put another way, with all things being even, it’s a BIG disadvantage applying late. Simply fewer spaces available on February 1. You better REALLY be something if you choose to wait, 'cause alot of somethings have already been told to pack their bags for Erie or Altoona or McKeesport or …</p>
