<p>I am an incoming senior at a public high school who won’t be turning 16 for several more months. My stats are decent (3.98 UW, 2280), I have decent extracurriculars, and my recs will be good. Do you think my age will make an impression on adcoms? Positive/negative?</p>

<p>I graduated early, but I held 2 different jobs before I even began my Senior year, as well as many privately commissioned jobs, so I doubt you should stress that being the reason you did not pursue many job opportunities, anu1995.
I believe that graduating early, hopefully (although I am sure my opinion is slightly biased), will look good on an application at Brown because you will be showing initiative.</p>
<p>You would not be the youngest students at Brown, but I don’t know how impressive it would or wouldn’t be.</p>
<p>I didn’t have work experience (beyond a week or two each summer in temp teaching jobs) when I got into Brown. My summers were meaningful in other ways that demonstrated my commitment to my fields of study.</p>
