I’m sending an envelope which includes numerous documents i.e. transcripts and some optional essays that were not mandatory/required to UIC. Question is how much does presentation count? I’ve even included a paper titled “Documents Enclosed” :). Also is a 56% acceptance rate too low for transfers? I was accepted to Loyola and DePaul which are supposedly better than UIC, but is that sort of a guarentee for getting in?

Was the paper indicating that the documents were enclosed notarized? If not, it may not be valid.

Kidding. ^__-

I personally think scented paper works wonders. It worked in Legally Blonde.

I (maybe because I had some free time) created personal labels for the return address on the envelope as well as label for UIC that I could put on the envelope.

It depends on the admission process at UIC, but I doubt the admission committee would even see most of your presentation. I don’t think it would make or break you, and it shouldn’t. It will, however, probably get your file get noticed and appreciated by the people who sort everything, and they may take it upon themselves to put you on the top of the list. I don’t know. No one here knows.
