How much does rank affect OOS

<p>I'm probably like top 18%, my school doesn't rank and my GPA is fairly low (3.65 UW, 3.8 W) due to some personal difficulties sophomore year (discussed in essay)....will they be able to calculate my rank and how much will it hurt me
