I’m out of state, but from New England so I get reduced tuition for my particular major. The website says that the cost is around $23,000-ish for regional students, but when I revisited last week, the financial aid presentation said it’s around $29,000. I asked the woman who was presenting whether her facts were skewed or not, because of what the website and the pamphlet I received in the mail said, and she was confused too.

Wow, looks like NERSP kids are getting screwed for 2011-2012 - tuition and fees for NERSP went up a little over $3K vs. $300 for in-state (although this is estimated, so it might change).

Throw in a few $K for books and expenses, and yeah, NERSP will be around $29K for 2011-2012.
