<p>Do secondary schools mean ALOT for you guys?
Like, will you be extremely devasted if you don’t attend, or you are just doing this because you want to leave your school…</p>

<p>Secondary schools does mean quite a lot to me. Would I be devestated? No. I have other options, and I’m only in the eighth grade. I could always apply to some lower-tier schools next year, and it wouldn’t the end of the world. I really don’t think it almost anything can be the end of the world when you’re still a child; your world hasn’t formed yet. I am doing this for many reasons; some are personal, some are familiar, but mainly it is academic. You cannot get the same education at the local private days schools in my area; it is simply not possible with the difference in resources. I have been quite bored with the academics at my schools for six years, and I am really tired of it. I would be much happier at a prep school. Besides, prep school does prepare you for university very well, and the universities I want to apply to will be very hard to adjust to or get in to without excellent preparation.</p>
