How much does USC help athletes get in

Would be a recruited athlete for a peripheral (non-major revenue) sport, such as men’s track help you get in with this.
UWGPA-3.4
WGPA-3.5
SAT score- (1st time) 1890
AP- 10th grade- Euro 3. This year - Psych, USH. Next year- Stat, Government, Spanish, Envoronmental Sci.
Do you think that a Hispanic(from Virginia) recruited athelete can get in with that?

Depends how good you are and how much they want you

USC is a division I school and your numbers pass the muster for division I athletic recruits.

Whether track coach feels you are needed, and whether track coach has any seats or scholarships to recruit with is a different story.

If you are a senior now and USC had wanted to recruit you, you would already know if you were “in” by now.

Contact the coach and have him review your times and academic qualifications. He should be able to let you know where you stand.

yeah I’m only a junior right now

There are so many athletes out there that many coaches only know a few of the top ones. Second the suggestion of contacting the coach and developing a relationship.

Good luck!

Bump. I just got an email from the school, I realize that it was just a form email that thousands of kids got from allowing the College Board to release their information from the PSAT’s. Also, does the selectivity of the school that house your intended major matter? (mine will most likely be Accounting- Leaventhal)
