How much does writing a supplement actually help?

<p>I’m not sure i can write a good one. My other essay (common app) is good. And my stats are decent, but not superb. SAT + SAT scores decent (SAT I: 2040, Chem:730, Bio: 750, Math: 750.</p>

<p>if you can’t write a good one, don’t write it. bad essays can hurt you.</p>

<p>its helps as long as the essay is well written. No one knows how much is helps, because most of us don’t work on the Duke ADCOM. Just do your best and hope for the best.</p>
