<p>The AP Bio exam follows a certain format. Unlike the SAT II there is an essay section. Furthermore, there are labs included on the AP Exam that are not on the SAT II. The AP Exam requires much more preparation than the SAT II.</p>

<p>They’re different… Like the material covered on AP bio is definitely a lot harder and in-depth, but one can still easily (IMHO) get a 4 or 5 on the test…</p>

<p>Labs are traditionally done in the classroom. If you’re self-studying, there should be sections in your book that explain the required labs for that year. Just go over them and make sure you understand how the lab works, what the results should be, and why they are significant.</p>
