The real pro flippers can make things happen fast when it’s their income. They usually have the different teams lined up and ready to work together efficiently. The rest of us suffer through.
And I’m sure they had all the measurements ready and the materials lined up before the ink was dry on the contract. In addition, when you know you’re flipping, I don’t think most people (except @coralbrook!) would sweat the finishes. Just get something clean and modern and get the hell out of there.
