How much is too much

Hey,

I was wondering how many full SAT practices should i do to prepare of the sat?

Fully timed in 1 sitting?
Some say until you hit your target score.
Some say 5-8 prior to your 1st Real SAT. That doesn’t include practice problems, etc untimed to supplement between your doing fully timed tests.
Bottom line, there is no right or wrong answer.

Im thining of doing 20 tests before my first attemot I was hunting for osme on the intenret cause I’M A CHEAP ASS

These are CB SAT tests.
There are also pdfs of various study guides and workbooks.

As many as you possibly can (of course…)

I probably went a little overboard, but I did all of the McGraw-Hill and Princeton Review practice tests just for practice. Then I did the most realistic tests, the Blue Book practice tests, a month before I took it.

Yup, problem is i just started. I finished the math section and writing section. Problem is I’m not very good at the writing and need to practice a lot more on it. Should I just go on to critical reading and finish it ( doing Kaplan book ) and then do a practice test to see how I am over all:( practice test would be from kaplan) and see how much I score. Or should i practicse the writing section and do jsut osme writing practise questions from couple of full sat exams to get better with practise and then move onto critical reading?

1 billion

No need to plan a specific number in advance. If you are short on time, do as many as you can as long as you are doing them properly. If you have more time, keep working hard until you reach your goal.

Depends on what score you want. If you’re going for above a 2000 you don’t need to go overboard. if you want a top top score then you need to take a lot of practice tests.

I did 5 full timed tests. Got a 2240
