How much money do you spend a month?

<p>How much money do you spend a month? I’m just trying to gauge how much I should put aside. Thanks!</p>

<p>Usually somewhere between $50-$70. It’s mostly spent on ordering in from campusfood.com/eating on Route 1, stopping at Stamp’s food court to grab something, and the occasional trip to Target. It’ll be more like $70-$100 if I go to Target that month or go to DC and spend money. And sometimes I need to re-fill my SmartCard for the metro for DC trips, which I’ll add $20 to. For most snacks and stuff I get them with my Terp Bucks from the convenience stores on campus.</p>

<p>Visit the Smithsonians and monuments (free), which means I’ll buy food at some point…I also went on a ghost tour in the spring. I want to go to Georgetown sometime this year, I was waiting until I had more money though because it’s an expensive area.</p>
