How much of a problem will this be?

I was accepted to Johns Hopkins Information Security Institute, and they nominated me for a scholarship with the Department of Defense (IASP). The scholarship would pay my tuition and an $18,000 living stipend, so obviously it’s something I’d like to apply for.

The problem is that I sort of “conveniently forgot to mention” that I’m already in another graduate school on my application to JHU. It’s part of a teaching program that seemed like a good deal 6 months ago, but quickly became a horrible situation for me. I’m worried that JHU might rovoke my acceptance as soon as they see a transcript from a new school (I have to send my application through them), even though the grades themselves are good, on the grounds that I lied on my application. What should I do? Does anyone know anything about the scholarship? Maybe it’s not even worth applying to…
