<p>In my essay to CalTech, I make a few references to HTML and PHP that a person would understand if they knew what each language does. Should I include a short explanation of each language, or can I assume an ad-com at any technological school will know what I’m talking about.</p>
<p>Well, I can imagine they would know general knowledge of html and php, but don’t get carried away with technical details.</p>
