How much should I improve my SAT and ACT?

<p>So I’ve taken the SAT twice and the scores are
Test #1: Critical Reading: 560 Math:700 Writing: 520
Test #2: Critical Reading: 570 Math:640 Writing: 510
(I don’t know why I did worse the second time, I even studied but maybe it was just a bad day for me)</p>

<p>My ACT English:23 Reading:22 Writing:22 Science:27 Math:34 Composite:27</p>

<p>Sat 2: Math 2: 590
(I will be retaking this because i took that before I took pre cal and people say you should take at least pre cal first and i’ve taken up to calculus now and have gotten an A in it and I will be taking the Physics test as well)</p>

<p>Colleges I want to apply to are UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UCLA, Santa Clara University, and Cornell University</p>

<p>I think you would have better chances with a higher score, specially cornell.</p>

@mohammadmohd18 , this dates from 2012. Check dates before looking at old posts. Not even sure how you found this.
