<p>I am an international student (that means I have to pay a lot more for tuition)
The process that I have to do to get permanent residency (my stepfather is cuban) takes one year (I will start the process in summer).I start college in late august. Will I pay the international student price or do I get a benefit because my greencard is in process?</p>
