I speak to my D20 (does she count as an adult?) about once a week, with a brief text or two interspersed between calls.
I speak to my parents at least once a week and try to see them in person every two to three weeks.
We speak to my ILs pretty infrequently. Once a month, or maybe less often. Usually a text exchange or two a month with my MIL.
