I’m writing an essay, but it could be really awesome if I make certain pop references. So I’m wondering, how old do you think most officers are?

It ranges. Some come right out of the college. Some have been there for a while. My guess is 25-50. most at 35-45 area.

I know that the Rep for the Northeast is a recent graduate of UChicago.

The rep for MA I spoke with for a while was pretty young – 24ish if I had to guess? He had graduated a couple years ago. But there’s a range.

He also parked his rental in my school’s do not park zone, and was a very bad driver. But I’ll just blame Chicago for that.

yeah the rep for NJ & DE had just graduated last year. I wonder how they get these jobs…

i always kind of imagined an old man with pocket protectors and awesomely disheveled hair reading all my shtuff and finding me wholly unintelligent and not cool enough for the university of chicago…but i dont think its actually like that…food for thought!

^me too! haha

I know that the rep for northeast ohio just graduated a few years ago.

Of the 3 adcoms that S interacted with in some way, one had just graduated and one was two or three years out. The third I’ll have to guess–looked like early 30s.

Out of the adcoms I’ve seen, the one who came to my school for an info session had graduated recently as well as one who ran a PSAC session this quarter, whereas the two I met visiting were a bit older.

my regional officer looks only 25-28 ish
