<p>So, our AP Biology teacher sucks. Just to give you some perspective, we just started evolution…</p>
<p>Basically, I and some friends are going to have to individually study for the Bio AP. We all want 5’s on the exam.</p>
<p>How overdetailed is Campbell and Reece? Would we be fine knowing just what’s inside of Cliff’s AP Biology or 5 Steps to a 5 AP Biology? Or would we seriously need to read the probably 15-20 or so chapters our incompetent teacher does not go over?</p>
<p>I would say the vast majority of the book is pertinent to the exam; however, the majority of the stuff you need to know is just the general idea and structure/process of things :)</p>

<p>Well, I haven’t read Campbell/Reece, but I can pretty much guarantee it is too much in depth. </p>
<p>I only read HALF of the Cliff’s books ONCE (two days before the test). I also did not take AP Bio at all (the only Bio I took was freshmen Bio). I got a 4, my friend got a 5 (the difference was he read the entire book). Honestly, just study Cliffs, I can pretty much guarantee you’ll get a 5.</p>

<p>I’d say campbell is pretty overfilled since it’s meant for college. Personally, i’d read through cliffs and then look at that information in campbell.</p>
