Just wondering, for those of you who have emailed them, do they email back the next day, or do they take like a week?

2

I’ve e-mailed twice. The first time, I got a response within 24 hours, but the second time it took maybe 5 or 6 days. Keep in mind that these 2 e-mails were both towards the beginning of October, and now they’re probably swamped!
