How reliable is the collegeboard's SAT Subject Preparation Booklet?

<p>I used it to see whether I will do well (over 700) on the biology test. I take IB SL Biology so I am still wondering if i should take the SAT II on Bio. </p>

<p>It is a subject that one can study for but how reliable is the preparation booklet to judge the level of one’s knowledge + understanding on a particular subject? Do people who do well on the eg questions do well on the actual thing?</p>

<p>Well in my school ib bio sl and ap bio are in are in the same class. I took ap bio, got a 770 on the college board book, used the barrons sat II book, got mid to low 700’s on the ptactice tests and then I got a 790 on bio m in June</p>
