How rural is Sweet Briar? With well under 1,000 students, is there much interaction with other schools?

I went to Randolph-Macon Woman’s College years ago, and we had an exchange program with Sweet Briar. I believe Sweet Brian, R-MWC, Mary Washington, Hollins, etc., all participated in a program where a student could take classes at each campus. You could check to see if they still have this option. Anyone who has ever been to the Sweet Briar campus will tell you it’s the most beautiful campus they’ve ever seen. But the price to pay is being out in the boonies. That said, if I had visited Sweet Briar before deciding on where to go I would have gone there just for the beauty of it all.

50ishwoman is currently in that we have the consortium with local colleges. Students can take classes at Lynchburg, Randolph, and other area colleges. If you have any additional questions, feel free to let me know! I’m currently a sophomore.
