I got a 530 on the SAT Physics Subject Test. How screwed are my chances at getting admitted to an engineering program that requires the science subject test? Do you know of anyone that got in with a score similar to that or lower?
What is that in percentile terms?
^ I think this might be last year’s data, but the link under Percentiles here https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat-subject-tests/scores/understanding-scores says 12th. An 800 is only 88th, though.

So, probably not great chances at the types of selective engineerimg programs that require SAT IIs, but plenty of schools don’t need them or look at them. If you’ve built a good list with safeties and matches then just let the chips fall where they may. Any schools to which you’d be sending those would probably have been reaches anyway.
Could you take it again? Or maybe try a higher level math subject test instead?
