How should I explain my W?

Hey, I was hoping to get some advice for explaining the W I received in my intermediate algebra class. During the Fall of 2009 I was enrolled in the algebra class, but dropped it during the middle of the semester and received a W. Surprisingly the head of the math department waived me from my algebra class and now I am taking Elementary Statistics. Any advice on how I should explain the W?

I will be IGETC certified by the end of Spring 2010.

Don’t? its only one right? Well, you can always say that you didn’t need it since you took stats.

you dont need to explain it.

Don’t worry you don’t need to explain it, it’s only 1 w.

u can explain it if you want to, but theres no need

Yeah, it’s only 1 W. Thanks guys! I was freaking out about this for quite a while.

do 2 W’s need an explanation?

do 3 Ws need an explanation

^ Are they all in one semester, or scattered throughout? If it’s the latter, you don’t really need explain it.
