You have a very strong shot at Drexel with the stats you posted. As for OSU and PSU, your GPA is solid and your ACT is fair but if you got it up a couple points higher then you would be a good match for those two (I checked the freshman class profiles). If you are seeking advice on how to raise your ACT score, you should specify more.
