How should I start my introduction while writing a statement of purpose?
There really are no rules.
Find some examples and read them to get ideas.
Don’t let not knowing how to start hold you back. Even if you can’t think of the perfect intro, start writing. You can always go back and edit/add one later.

As a non-native applicant, I had the same problem. My advice is that you should not overthink. Start writing and editing until you get satisfied with your essay and then give it to someone else to revise it for you. I believe as you revise again and again you become less sensitive to the points you need to add/remove. I prefer to consult a professional admissions expert; they are direct and to the point.
