How should jobs be listed on the Common App?

<p>I have hours and hours of shadowing with tons of doctors. Do I need to have letters from them that I shadowed for this many hours or do I just write their names and hours?</p>

<p>Does the same go for jobs and community service?</p>

<p>I may be wrong, but I don’t think any letters are necessary. I’m pretty sure that it’s all self-reported. And I believe it goes the same for jobs and community service</p>

<p>Just list them under the volunteer/ec areas, you don’t need letters unless you are wanting the doctors to recommend you.</p>

<p>250 hours total</p>

Dr.Bobby: Physician </p>
