how this guy got in trouble is troubling-shame on florida atlantic university(IMO)

Would be a bit odd, even if it was an FAU campus in Saudi Arabia. A bottle with a hole in the base is not “paraphernalia” (already a strangely vindictive war on drugs terminology).

Doesn’t FAU and its RAs have better things to do???

My immediate family practically never drank and I only drink during social occasions outside my home.

Even so, we had a set of shot classes gifted by a relative who enjoys drinking the heavy stuff.

We not only find them pretty to look at…but found other uses for them.

They make great egg holders when eating hard boiled eggs with a spoon as my mom and older relatives love to do on occasion.

“When I watched the video linked above, I had a sponsor message to sit through first - from Jacob Creek winery. Just curious to know if anyone else had the same…targeted advertising?” I got a different ad…but most likely it is random and just ironic! (I wonder if they make jacob creek wine bottle lamps?)

The lamp is attractive, but the man bun? - to each his own.

When I saw the lamp I thought of sea glass, not “alcohol paraphrenalia.”

I got the advertising too when I clicked to see the story.

The student seems like a nice, well spoken young adult. He is handsome too - and I don’t mind the man bun. Youth like to express themselves, and to me, better than tattoos and body piercings. He probably is smart in that regard too, considering he aspires to be a Pharmacist.

I also had to watch some alcohol ad before the video.
