How to address sibling letter?

i submitted my duke app on dec. 5 without knowing that the interviews had a priority deadline. i called my admissions officer for my region and she told me if i didn’t get an interview, someone could write a letter on my behalf. fearing i wouldn’t get an interview, i asked my sister to write a letter describing me as a person. now i find out that i do in fact have an interview. i still fee like a letter about me would help the admissions officers get to know me a little more. i dind’t know where i should address the letter to. what does everyone else think?

I believe on the Duke Common App supplement an optional “essay” is to have someone write about your personal qualities and what not. I had my dad write a letter for me and I just sent it along with my Common Application, which they said was fine. Since you’ve obviously already sent your app in, I’d just address it to the admissions office and they’ll definatly put it in your folder; make sure to include all your identification information.

Yes, I agree, just send it to the admissions office. I too had both an alumni interview and a personal letter written on my behalf.
