If I’m interning at X place, and I plan to intern at college… but obviously not at X place because I will be in a dif. state… do I check yes?

If I’m part of JSA, a debate organization, and plan to debate in college… but obviously not at JSA, a high school organization, do I check yes?

If I participate in a problem solving activity around political/social issues (FPS/Global Issues Problem Solving) and I want to analyze politics in college in some form… but obviously at at FPS… do I check yes?

The “Plan on Doing in College Thing” is pretty much asking if you are planning to do something similar in College. For a club, I’d probably check yes; however, for very specific places, it’s a judgement call

So I’d check yes for JSA and FPS, since I plan to debate politics in college… and for my internship and volunteering, I wouldn’t have to check?

If I checked it, I’d worry that they think I want to stay at those SPECIFIC places… which aren’t in the same city as the college.

If I didn’t, I’d worry that they think I don’t want to intern or volunteer during college. Which is pretty ridiculous. Both of these worries are pretty ridiculous… nonetheless. What would you advise?

No, college admin. officers shouldn’t down upon an applicant who expresses interest in continuing his/her ECs. It might show that this person is passionate about their activities, or they might not care at all. The likelyhood of an undergraduate students being able to pull it all off though…is questionable, gonna be a busy college student…
