How to ask for more financial aid?

<p>I got my financial aid package a week ago and that helped me make my decision to go to usc over berekely (as well as its awesome accounting program)</p>

<p>but i still want to ask the financial aid office if there is anyway they can give me more aid, whether its through grants or more subsidized or unsubsidized federal loans</p>

<p>should i send an email or go to the office in person and how should i ask?</p>
