<p>It is a little less than two weeks until the April ACT.</p>
<p>How do you recommend I best prepare, given the short time I have?</p>
<p>I received a 35 on both English and Math on a previous test, a 31 on Reading for the past test as well as one I took a year ago. Science I received a 31 a year ago, but significantly lower (in mid 20’s) this previous test.</p>
<p>I’m aiming for a 34-36. </p>
<p>I’ve studied with several books, but haven’t done all of the practice tests.</p>
<p>What should I do to prepare the best?</p>
<p>Our situations are quite similar, except that my reading score, instead of science score, dropped significantly this past test. Anyway, would also like the answer to this question.</p>
<p>Best way to achieve high scores on Science section: DO NOT EVER EVEEEEEER READ THOSE LONG PARAGRAPHS. JUST LOOK AT THE GRAPHS/PICTURES.</p>

<p>Do you read ANYTHING in the passages? Or do you completely skip them and look ONLY at the graphs and pictures? I usually read a little bit to get an idea about what the graphs are about, and I also usually quickly read the experiments to find out how each experiment it different. Do you suggest that I not even do this much reading?</p>
<p>Ignoring the paragraphs is a counter intuitive strategy, and will not work on the silly opinion ones. Here’s my strategy 35 science scorer soph year first time. Read questions, read paragraphs, skim graphs( x y axis ect) answer questions</p>
