How to buy meals before getting my WildCARD?

<p>I just found out that new students get their WildCARD on different days. How to buy meals before getting my WildCARD? Can students use the CARD before Sept. 25?</p>

<p>yeah you can use the card before sept 25th… as for getting meals without it… you probably have to pay cash</p>

<p>Also, I thought the times were recommended but if you get to campus early or whatever you can just go and get your Wildcard. That’s how it was for us, anyway, unless they changed it.</p>

<p>Thanks! If I use the card before Sept. 25th, do I use my meal plan? Then if I get the card later in the new student week, I can’t use up the weekly plan?</p>

<p>I vaguely remember getting a temp card until I got my real one? Maybe I made that up.</p>

<p>There must be some plan for this. It would be really odd to not be able to get a card for meals because your Wildcard is given at the end of the week.</p>

<p>How can we find out about this officially? Who should I call?</p>

<p>i got a letter about this yesterday. we get a temp card to use for a meal plan and we can pick up our real one either prior to sept. 18, on our assigned day, or after orientation.</p>

<p>during new student week theres also a lot of events, last year i didnt go to the dining halls until midway through the second week =P</p>
