If the on-line provider is UC approved and the courses fit the a-g descriptions they are listed on the UC application under on-line provider academic section and if taken 10-11th grades, the grades will be included in the UC GPA calculation regardless if they are listed on the HS transcript. Non a-g courses can be listed in the awards/activities section under “other coursework” on the UC application.
