How to compare new PSAT scores to ACT scores?? Can anyone help?

Does anyone know how this new PSAT score would translate to an ACT composite score? Just trying to get some idea of where son might stand for admissions. I am only familiar with ACT scores. Also, hoping that it would help us decide if he should try the SAT in addition to the ACT this spring.
