i want to minor in ancient studies in college. i was wondering if i should take ap u.s history next year. my school does not have ap world history but regular world history. can someone help me decide??

It really doesn’t matter what you take in high school with your future college plans. Yea, sometimes you can get out of pre-requisite classes, but it’s really not necessary for future success.
Obviously if your looking to be an engineer or chemistry major, you’d want some basic knowledge of chemistry or physics, but even then, you will still have to take those classes in college anyways.

Just take the class you’d be most interested in, and that you can also succeed in.
