I ordered a dry lubricant spray from Amazon. I avoid Amazon as much as possible but couldn’t find the product anywhere else. The product picture shown on the website doesn’t include Teflon. It includes something ceramic instead. When I got the package, unfortunately it shows now banned Teflon. So I go to Amazon trying to return, Amazon claims I have to talk to DuPont, not them and sends me to DuPont, DuPont says they sold that product to Chermours (Doesn’t the name sound suspicious to you, variation of DuPont Demours) and DuPont is not responsible. Just lovely! My question after a long preamble is how can I get rid of it? I’d like to just send it back to Amazon have them deal with it. They are not issuing a return label.

Buy something from Amazon, and return it. Include the teflon product in your return.
