So my essay is about my Jewish culture and I need to use some Hebrew words in it. But how should I explain them? Like if I want to say “I wait for the Torah service,” how do I explain what a torah is? BTW, a torah is like a Jewish bible.

You wouldn’t need to explain what a Torah is - The majority of people know what it is.

But for other lesser-known Hebrew words, I would just separate off the definition with dashes. For example, “On Rosh Hashanah - the Jewish New Year - I would…” or “I wait for the Torah service - Similar to a Christian Bible service - …” (but again, Torah is word you don’t need to explain. Nor do I think you would have to explain Rosh Hashanah. But if you have any really uncommon words, that’s how I would do it).
