<p>They closed my friend’s online account before the due date, so my friend was not able to pay at all. Found out someone else was using her credit card. My friend made several payments to the company. Have the card closed, they did, but posted the delinquency to her credit report. They keep calling her to pay the balance, she didn’t know she had any. Offered her a new card, hoping they will get rid of the report. Offered her more service, she signed up (really dumb!). Didn’t used the new card, waiting for that company to correct their mistake. If you ask me, they will never do that.</p>
<p>I had enough with all her drama.</p>
<p>Is there a way to help her? This is in California, but the company is probably operating somewhere else. I don’t really know, but please give me some advice.</p>
